Billing Questions

Q. How do I make payments?
A. You make your first payment when you sign up for one of our hosting plans. After that the payments are recurring; your payment will be automatically deducted.
For example, if you signed up on Oct 12 for our Baisc Web Hosting Plan at $4.95 per month, you will make a payment of $4.95 at the time of the sign up and after that your payment of $4.95 will be automatically deducted on the 12th of each subsequent month. All payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards like MasterCard, VISA and many other forms of payment such as eChecks.

Q. I am not familiar with PayPal. Can you tell me more about PayPal?
A. Please Visit Our Page Explaining Why We Use PayPal

Q. How do I stop automatic deductions?
A. To stop automatic deductions, you will have to cancel your website hosting plan with us. You can do that by emailing us at billing"AT"BetterValueWebHosting.com (please replace the "AT" with @ symbol when you email us. We do this to beat spammers who use crawlers to harvest email addresses from our web site).

Q. Do I have to sign up a long term web hosting contract?
A. No. You can sign up for one of our monthly plans, pay month by month and cancel any time you wish.

Q. Are there any other charges in addition to your posted hosting rates?
A. No, there are absolutely no other charges in addition to our posted rates. For example if you sign up for our basic plan on monthly basis at $4.95 per month, then $4.95 is all that you will pay every month.

Q. Under what name the payments made to you will appear on my credit card bill?
A. It will appear as PayPal**BVWHosting. Due to various technical reasons, PayPal allows a company name to be no more than 11 characters long, so we used the first letters of Better Value Web Hosting to comply with that requirement.
